These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dbt99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the dbt99 website, mobile interface, software, games, betting markets, payment services, customer support, and any other services offered under the dbt99 brand at dbt99.club and its associated subdomains.

By completing the registration process on dbt99, by logging into an existing dbt99 account, or by accessing any part of the platform without registration, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read these Terms in full; (b) you understand and agree to be bound by them; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

dbt99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice to registered players. Any modification becomes effective immediately upon publication at dbt99.club/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. Continued use of the dbt99 platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you object to any change, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Access to and use of the dbt99 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. dbt99 enforces a strict 18+ policy across all products and services on the platform. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all balances forfeited. dbt99 cooperates fully with any applicable regulatory authority in cases involving underage gambling.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence. Persons who have been declared legally incapable or who are under guardianship for any reason are not permitted to register or use the dbt99 platform.
3. Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager on dbt99. dbt99 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited must not use the platform.
4. Single Account: Each individual player is permitted to maintain one (1) registered account on dbt99. Multiple accounts held by the same person, household, or IP address are a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all associated balances.
5. Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point must be truthful, accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.
6. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether applied through dbt99 directly, through a third-party responsible gaming service, or through any regulatory body — at the time of registration or use.

dbt99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full range of dbt99 products and services — including real-money casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and withdrawal of winnings — you must complete the registration process and create a verified dbt99 account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

Upon submitting your registration, dbt99 may carry out automated or manual identity verification checks using the information you have provided. You grant dbt99 permission to use third-party identity verification services for this purpose. If automated verification cannot be completed, you will be required to submit supporting documentation such as a national identity card, passport, or utility bill.

Account security is your responsibility. You must:

• Never share your login credentials — username, password, or one-time verification codes — with any third party under any circumstances
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared device

• Keep your registered email address and mobile number current and accessible, as these are used for two-factor authentication and account recovery

dbt99 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If dbt99 has reasonable grounds to believe that account credentials have been shared or that an account is being used by a person other than the registered holder, the account may be suspended pending investigation.

dbt99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee the ability to deposit, withdraw, or access all platform features — additional verification steps may be required at any time.

All financial transactions on the dbt99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). dbt99 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers. Additional payment channels may be added or removed from time to time without prior notice.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your dbt99 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method: bKash and Nagad deposits are typically instant; bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• You may only deposit funds from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• dbt99 does not accept deposits made from credit accounts, overdraft facilities, or borrowed funds. All deposited funds must represent money you own free of any debt obligation.
• dbt99 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the registered player's own payment instrument.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment instrument registered in the same name as your dbt99 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• dbt99 may request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large-value withdrawals, or where the source of deposited funds is unclear.
• Active bonus balances subject to pending wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until all associated wagering conditions have been fully met.
• dbt99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected, pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

dbt99 offers a range of promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, free spin offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits awarded by dbt99 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered from the bonus balance before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses carry an expiry period, which is specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus credits and any associated winnings that have not been claimed or have not met wagering requirements within the validity period will be automatically removed from your account balance without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active welcome bonus at a time. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through multiple accounts or via third-party referral schemes is a violation of these Terms.
• Eligible Players: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion. dbt99 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus credits are non-cashable. Only winnings derived from wagering of bonus credits — once wagering requirements are fully met — are eligible for withdrawal. The original bonus credit amount is not withdrawable.
• Abuse and Exploitation: Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through arbitrage, pattern betting, use of automated software, collusion, or any other technique deemed by dbt99 to constitute bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all bonus credits, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Amendments: dbt99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Once a player has opted into a promotion and the relevant qualifying deposit has been confirmed, the terms applicable at the time of opt-in will apply for the duration of that promotion's validity period.

dbt99 is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dbt99 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one dbt99 account, whether in your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Third-party play: Allowing any person other than yourself to access, wager on, or manage your dbt99 account at any time.
• Fraudulent deposits: Depositing funds using stolen, unauthorised, or disputed payment instruments, or initiating chargebacks on legitimate gambling transactions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or multiplayer game format available on dbt99.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the dbt99 platform in place of or in addition to genuine manual play.
• Exploitation of software errors: Taking advantage of any bug, glitch, error, or pricing discrepancy in the dbt99 platform or any game provided through it. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or obvious error are void and will be removed from the account balance.
• Money laundering: Using the dbt99 platform as a vehicle for money laundering, proceeds of crime, or any other financial crime. dbt99 has an obligation to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets on sporting events where you have non-public knowledge that may influence the outcome, or placing bets as part of any match-fixing arrangement.
• Harassment: Using any communication channel on the dbt99 platform — including live chat, support tickets, or game chat — to harass, threaten, or abuse dbt99 staff or other players.

dbt99 employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts suspended pending investigation. Where fraud or financial crime is involved, dbt99 will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

Either party — you or dbt99 — may close or suspend a dbt99 account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your dbt99 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is completed: (a) all pending bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sporting event or game outcome; (b) any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures; (c) active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — including a concern that gambling may be causing harm — please inform the support team at the time of your closure request so that appropriate responsible gaming procedures can be followed. dbt99-Initiated Suspension or Closure

dbt99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period
• Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or financial crime
• Chargeback initiated against a legitimate dbt99 transaction
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Regulatory requirement or law enforcement instruction
• Extended period of account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12+ consecutive months)

Where an account is closed by dbt99 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure — including both real-money and bonus balances — may be forfeited at dbt99's discretion. Where account closure is not related to a breach (e.g., regulatory requirement), the verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the registered withdrawal method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dbt99, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the dbt99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gambling winnings, wagered amounts, or bonus credits arising from platform unavailability, technical errors, or communication failures beyond dbt99's reasonable control
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account closure following a breach
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the dbt99 platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to a technical error
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or internet service providers
• Losses arising from any force majeure event, including natural disasters, government actions, regulatory changes, or cyber-attacks beyond dbt99's reasonable control

dbt99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned technical outages may occur. dbt99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of scheduled maintenance in advance via the platform's announcement channels.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit dbt99's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If you have a dispute with dbt99 regarding any transaction, game outcome, or account matter, you must contact the support team at [email protected] in the first instance. dbt99 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. If a resolution cannot be agreed between you and dbt99, the matter may be escalated through dbt99's formal complaints procedure, details of which are available from the support team on request.
